Return Policy: The advertised items are in good condition and complete, if this is not the case this will be mentioned in the description. Slight imperfections will not always be mentioned. When desired we are always happy to e-mail you additional photo's of the item before the sale to provide you an even better understanding of the condition of the book and avoid surprises.  If the received item is not to the customers satisfaction, he is entitled to return it, in the same condition, within 7 business days. Shipping, insurance, postage and packaging to be paid by buyer. On arrival of the item we will immediately repay the price of the book. Dutch law is applicable to our transactions.

Payment & VAT: The book, print or map is to be paid in advance and payment should arrive within 8 days after the order has been placed. Additional charges on top of the catalogue price: Private persons within the  EC are charged for books: 6 % VAT ; Private persons within the EC are charged for: prints, maps  and globes: 19 % VAT. Customers with a VAT registration number in other EC countries are zero-rated. Payment within Europe is done using the simple method of bank transfers using BIC / IBAN (Swift). The low transfer costs are shared between seller and buyer. For customers outside the European Union you can pay using Credit Cards or Paypal. In special cases other payment methods may be possible.
